An outstanding experience: booking through the website was easy, and as soon as we arrived, the owner welcomed us. The waitress who served us was attentive and friendly. We chose the pizza menu: fried gnocco with plenty of cured meats, and a pizza with perfect dough, generously topped, large and delicious. Dessert was the icing on the cake: the Sachertorte was good, and the Neapolitan pastiera was not only delicious (without the chemical aftertaste you usually get), but huge too—other places would have served three portions. At the end of dinner, we were also offered some of their homemade limoncello, which was very good. Even though it was Saturday, service was incredibly fast and seamless. The owner is like an orchestra conductor, coordinating the many young men and women on the team and paying attention to every detail. For ages, I’d been wondering whether it was possible to find a place like this, and it seemed like nothing more than a dream. La Paranza made it a reality. Congratulations! P.S. The pizza menu is endless, from the simplest to the most elaborate, with 6 dough options available. The prices are more than competitive.

I visit this restaurant very often, both with my friends and with my family, and every time we leave truly satisfied. ❤️ The staff are always incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, the food is absolutely delicious, and you can taste the quality in every dish. Special thanks as well to the manager, a truly professional and kind person who is always attentive to the customers. The quality of the food, the warm welcome, and the atmosphere are exactly why we always return with great pleasure. A neat and clean restaurant in central Varese. Specializing in seafood and pizza, it also serves excellent meat dishes. Excellent quality and generous portions. Excellent service: quick, courteous, and friendly. You can choose a seafood or meat tasting menu, a menu for people with celiac disease, or order à la carte from a wide variety of dishes. A children’s menu is also available. Recommended for everyone, especially seafood lovers. Average price: €30–40.

Exceptional pizza, with an immense variety of both toppings and doughs (charcoal, pumpkin, hemp, etc.), as well as a wide and enticing menu. The service is slow, however, and not everyone at the table manages to eat at the same time. This is partly understandable given that the restaurant is truly enormous, but only up to a point. Courtesy and kindness.

Exceptional menu both for seafood dishes (Paranza appetizer, something spectacular, guitar-style spaghetti with octopus, tomato, burrata, and fabulous pistachios!), and for the pizza choices, truly for every taste (tried the "All in," needless to say it was excellent!). Attentive, professional, and helpful staff, friendly and eager to return. A must-try experience!

Excellent Cimbo, fresh fish, fantastic pizzas, all genuine. I recommend coming here to eat. Fresh products, friendly staff, short waiting times to start eating. Less than 10 minutes. I’ve attached photos of the dishes, but believe me, the flavors are unique, it’s like returning to my beloved Apulia.

We went to Paranza for the first time for dinner with friends. The dishes are delicious, nicely generous, and the meringue with chocolate is huge 😍 compared to other restaurants that halve the portions. The waiters are very friendly and very helpful with every request. We will return, thank you.😁 We will definitely come back.

A spacious and nautically decorated venue. The menu is very varied, with appetizers, first courses, second courses, and pizzas. From land and sea. Also a wide selection of drinks. Reservations are recommended. The staff is friendly and discreet. We ordered an appetizer and a first course, the portions were excellent and plentiful. Highly recommended.
